Martin Faiers Associates (MFA) was established in 1991. Since that time we have achieved an excellent reputation for our professional approach, our high standards, and our commitment to successful and clearly identified outcomes for our clients.

Our primary aim in all our work is to help people develop worthwhile abilities, overcome limitations, make positive changes in their work and personal lives, and achieve greater understandings about themselves that will last into the future.

Our in-depth experience ensures that we have the flexibility to work within a wide variety of settings and meet the unique needs and wishes of our individual and corporate clients.

martin Faiers image Our principal consultant and director Martin Faiers, is widely known as an engaging and stimulating coach, facilitator, trainer and speaker with the ability to engage and motivate groups and individuals and promote positive changes within a diverse range of settings and situations.

All Martin's work is based on his belief that everyone has the potential to achieve the best for themselves provided they are given the stimulus and support to do so.

Martin has a wide range of interests. As well as his continuing involvement in helping teams and organisations manage change and develop excellent managers and staff he has also established our relocation planning service which combines his international outlook with a passion for ensuring that people make the very best of their lives.

Before establishing MFA in 1991 Martin held successful senior posts in the field of human resource management training and development and was involved in leading a number of programmes of major organisational change.

Martin is a qualified and certificated personal and executive coach, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is educated to Masters Degree level specialising in processes of adult learning. He is a member of the Association for Management Education and Training (AMED) and the Association for Coaching, the UK’s leading accreditation body for professional coaches.
