The Compass Programme
The Compass Programme combines all the stimulation of a personal development course with the individual focus and flexibility of personal coaching. It has been created
for individuals who wish to make significant changes in their personal, career, or business lives or who are facing crossroads as a result of redundancy or retirement.
The Programme is run in three phases: • A personal coaching evaluation to identify potential areas for development. • A highly stimulating, enjoyable and practical two day course which provides participants with all the motivation, confidence and abilities to identify, achieve and maintain chosen goals. • Individual Coaching with a focus on extending and consolidating gains achieved.
